Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, with a focus on building strong candidate relationships and meeting client needs.

You'll engage via phone, email, and in-person, coach candidates through resume edits and interview prep, and collaborate with teams to post jobs and utilize sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Proactively reach out to candidates through cold calling and outreach.
• Interview prospective candidates to assess fit and readiness.
• Coach candidates for client interviews and prep resumes and materials.
• Present offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain contact with on-assignment candidates and ensure needs are met.
