Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Pennsylvania. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles, guiding them from resume tips to post-interview feedback and job acceptance.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, engage candidates by phone, email, or in person, and collaborate with your team to fill open positions while learning to utilize sourcing tools nationwide.

Responsabilidades

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on boards and interview candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews and review resumes.
• Provide post-interview guidance and next steps to candidates.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Engage on assignment and ensure candidates have what they need.
• Proactive cold calling to identify new candidates and build pool.
• Collaborate with team to discuss openings and learn sourcing tools.
