Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email and in person.

You’ll coach applicants through resumes, interview prep and post-interview steps, while building relationships with clients. A relationship-driven, goal-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach candidates through resume edits, interviews, and job offers.
• Strong self-motivation with a drive to meet goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Interview candidates and prep them for client interviews.
• Extend offers and manage the job-offer process with clients and candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong book of business.
