Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience, from posting to onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and data entry.
• Capable of working independently with good judgment.
• Prior office administration or HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and community events.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Enhances candidate experience and meets SLAs for responsiveness.
• Collaborates with talent acquisition teams on staffing needs.
• Maintains up-to-date employment records and data entry in systems.
• Coordinates trainings and audits employee files periodically.
