Supplied Talent is seeking an HR Specialist to lead the full hiring cycle for clinical and support roles across local facilities in Colorado. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers, while supporting HR duties and onboarding under the Director of Human Resources.

This role operates Monday–Friday in-office, with interactions across residents, families, and staff. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare recruiting, familiarity with CNA/LPN/RN roles, and solid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, healthcare or senior living preferred.
• Experience recruiting CNA, LPN, RN, or other support staff preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and Colorado employment law.
• Familiarity with healthcare roles and licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.).
• Comfort with an applicant tracking system, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology.
• Clear, professional communication by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Own full hiring cycle for clinical and support roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, local schools and events.
• Screen applicants by phone, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers.
• Manage references, background checks, and drug screens per policy.
• Track candidates and report hiring activity and results.
• Help review and update job descriptions and onboarding tasks.
