Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a driven Recruiting Coordinator to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline across clinical and non-clinical roles. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and work with recruiters to move strong candidates forward.

The role emphasizes efficient screening, timely follow-ups, and proactive outreach to fill hard-to-fill positions while maintaining data accuracy in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting, coordination, or screening experience.
• Experience handling high volumes of applicants.
• Ability to quickly review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Experience with phone screens or initial candidate interviews.
• Strong judgment to distinguish qualified vs unqualified candidates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen a high volume of applications across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Conduct initial phone and/or virtual screenings with qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Maintain timely follow-up to keep the process moving.
• Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Keep candidate information accurate in the ATS and communicate with hiring managers.
