Job summary

My City Transportation is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Baltimore, MD to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles within transportation operations. The role includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding to build a strong candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience, and familiarity with ATS. SHRM-CP or HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
High-volume or transportation recruiting experience preferred.
Baltimore-area recruiting experience preferred.
SHRM-CP or other HR/recruiting certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and hiring events.
Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
Assist with offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
Track recruiting activity and hiring results.
