Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a fast-paced High Volume Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a paratransit facility in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee multiple requisitions, build robust candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting experience, or five+ years supporting recruiting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in medical and sales recruiting.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance requirements.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience with online job boards.
• Transportation industry knowledge preferred.
• AA, BA or BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for multiple open requisitions.
• Review resumes against minimum qualifications.
• Interview high volumes of candidates daily using diverse channels.
• Use ATS to track applicants, update statuses, and build talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Coordinate with qualifications team on candidate status.
• Facilitate offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding.
• Track key metrics like Time-to-Fill and Cost-per-Hire.
• Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through onboarding.
• Be an employee advocate for new hires.
• Ensure completion of all new-hire paperwork.
