RELI Group in Windsor Mill, MD is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Human Capital Management team. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent, source candidates, screen interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with ATS and job boards, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience and full-cycle recruitment knowledge.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Understanding of employment laws and confidentiality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and update job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and referrals; build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
