Job summary

MyCityTransportation in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruiting process for transportation operations. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will use multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and events, maintain accurate candidate records, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill high-volume roles in a timely manner. SHRM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• High-volume or transportation recruiting experience preferred.
• Baltimore-area recruiting experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or other HR/recruiting certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and hiring events.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Assist with offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring results.
