Job summary

My City Transportation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our growing transportation operations in Baltimore. This role will manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple openings and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• High-volume or transportation recruiting experience preferred.
• Baltimore-area recruiting experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or other HR/recruiting certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and hiring events.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Assist with offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring results.
