Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to drive the full-cycle recruitment process on-site in Andover, MA. You will source, screen, and place candidates, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Role requires 1+ year in recruiting or related fields, with high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. On-site work, with local market insights and strong ATS proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to Have: Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Technical: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn)

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the recruitment process.
