The role involves weekly client visits, onsite check-ins, and participation in local recruitment events to grow the brand and fill opportunities across accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods (job postings, social media, networking, referrals, outreach).
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Hosting job fairs/recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions per policy.
