Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points and enhance the company's international brand.
• Screen applications and resumes and conduct phone screens for high volume roles.
• Partner with TA Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and communication details to candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers and manage the acceptance process through the recruiting system.
• Ensure recruitment activity and reporting is updated in an accurate, compliant and timely manner within the applicant tracking system; close job requisitions within ATS.
• Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, and local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist with various talent acquisition projects.
• Partner with assigned hiring managers and business partners to fill current staffing needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Publicize job postings via the company’s ATS and leading job boards to generate inbound applicants.
• Pre‑qualify resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and present qualified applicants to assigned hiring managers for further consideration.
• Actively contribute and participate in the continuous improvement processes, assisting with projects as requested.
• Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, quality of hire metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction scores.
