Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting or full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and other corporate functions.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and candidate pipeline management.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles and other functions.
• Partner with managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates; present qualified candidates.
