Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with resume databases and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions.
• Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and partner to create an effective strategy.
• Determine best sourcing avenues for candidates through online channels (e.g., Indeed).
• Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone, assessments, and in-person/video interviews.
• Provide strategic thought partnership to hiring managers on candidate fit and skills.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key influencers.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay current on industry trends and technology to support recruitment advancements.
