Job summary

4over is seeking a Recruiter in Columbus, OH to support full-cycle recruiting, mainly for sales roles, with additional responsibilities across core business functions. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive timely, quality hires.

You will build talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and contribute to sourcing strategy improvements. The role emphasizes a positive candidate experience and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting or full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales positions and other functions.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, focused on sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Review applications, conduct initial screens, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future needs, especially sales.
