Job summary

Housing Connector is seeking a Recruiter & HR Generalist to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization and strengthen People processes. The role blends in-depth recruiting with day-to-day HR operations, data, reporting, onboarding, benefits coordination, and programs across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with hiring managers, improving hiring strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting payroll and benefits with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combination of both; ownership of full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong judgment and ownership; ability to push work forward and know when to lead.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple priorities.
• Experience using an ATS and HR systems, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer; define strategy and manage pipeline and communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, interview processes, and decision making.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates with a strong candidate experience; maintain recruiting data.
