Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail in ATS workflows.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes
• Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional experience
• Maintain accuracy and organization in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliant documentation
• Keep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standards
• Support headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals with the business
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication
• Help maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization
• Contribute to employer brand and outreach initiatives that reflect company culture and values
