Eastside Exterminators in Bothell, WA is hiring a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own hiring from requisition to start date, with 80% recruiting and 20% HR administration. The role may move to a hybrid setup after 90 days in our HQ office.

You will manage 2-10 open roles, write compliant postings, conduct interviews, and build pipelines while supporting onboarding and HRIS upkeep. Bilingual preferred with English/Spanish as advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Familiarity with basic employment law and hiring compliance (EEO, I-9, pay transparency)
• Strong organization and follow-through; you can juggle multiple requisitions and admin deadlines without dropping the ball
• Clear, professional communication with candidates, employees, and managers at all levels
• Discretion with confidential information
• Willing to travel to our Oregon offices as needed

Responsibilities

• Recruiting (approx. 80%)
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for 2-10 open roles at a time across the organization
• Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and realistic timelines
• Write and post job descriptions that are compliant with Washington pay transparency requirements
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops; keep candidates informed at every stage
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (APS Hire) and report on time-to-fill, source of hire, and funnel metrics
• Extend and negotiate offers; run background checks and reference checks
• Build talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Occasionally assist with new-hire onboarding: I-9/E-Verify, paperwork, system access, first-week scheduling
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Workday) and ensure data accuracy for payroll and benefits
• Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) and support offboarding
• Help administer benefits enrollment and answer first-line employee questions
• Assist with HR projects: engagement surveys, policy updates, employee events, and handbook maintenance
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
