Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 5–8 years of recruiting or related HR experience.
• Proficient with ATS, sourcing databases, and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and qualification assessments.
• Coordinate reference checks, offers, and onboarding orientations.
• Conduct exit interviews and document employment status changes.
• Apply expertise to plan and achieve staffing objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to lead operational activities as needed.
• Address recruitment challenges with creative sourcing and evaluation methods.
• Regularly report progress and metrics to department leadership.
