Job summary

Mueller Furniture is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across stores, warehouse, and corporate offices in Fairview Heights. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while holding hiring managers accountable to timelines.

We value people-focused professionals who can manage candidate pipelines, write standout postings, and partner with HR to handle employee relations and onboarding. On-site work in Illinois with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience including active candidate sourcing.
• Experience with posting jobs and managing applicant tracking tools.
• Recruiting experience in retail, warehouse or multi-location businesses preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) or progress toward one preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for store sales, warehouse, and corporate roles from intake to offer.
• Actively source and leadhunt candidates to build pipelines for frequent hires.
• Write compelling job postings and manage Indeed and other sources with sponsored budgets.
• Conduct phone screens and first-round interviews evaluating skills and values.
• Coordinate interview schedules across managers to avoid delays.
• Maintain timely candidate follow-up and accurate hiring records.
