Job summary

St. Charles Trading in Elgin, IL is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines for current and future needs, represent the company at events, and improve candidate experience while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms and job boards.
• Source active and passive candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers and maintain communication with candidates through offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
