Job summary

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking a highly organized Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead hiring from sourcing to offer and placement. This onsite role supports five facilities across New York and works closely with hiring managers, executives, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will conduct phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews, manage ATS, coordinate interview schedules, track activity, and provide regular updates to leadership. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing and head-hunting experience.
• Experience conducting phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization with follow-up and time-management.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from opening through hire.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Present qualified candidates to managers and executives.
• Maintain applicant tracking and provide status updates.
• Assist with reference checks, offers, and onboarding tasks.
• Build pipelines and forecast staffing needs with managers.
