Corporate Resources of Illinois, Ltd. is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across our corporate office and warehouse operations to attract top talent and ensure an outstanding onboarding experience.

This role requires building talent pipelines, conducting intake meetings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while representing us at career events and continuously improving our hiring processes.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience for office and warehouse roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build out the recruiting department by putting together SOPs for all recruiting processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and manage intake meetings and interview processes.
• Recruit for Corporate, Office, and Warehouse positions.
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Conduct structured phone screens and interviews.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
• Utilize technology to improve efficiency while maintaining judgment.
