Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering with managers to define requirements and attract top talent. You will research and implement effective sourcing strategies for a diverse candidate pool.

You will find candidates through professional networks, online boards, and social media, coordinating interviews and travel when needed. Strong communication, organization, and multi-state recruiting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter or similar role in relevant industry.
• Working knowledge of applicant sourcing tools.
• Strong oral and written communication, especially during cold calls.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with negotiation tactics.
• Professional, organized and capable of project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying plans and meeting with managers.
• Suggest updates to job descriptions and postings based on market trends.
• Find candidates through networks, internet sites, and social media.
• Calculate time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open role.
• Advertise positions on online job boards and external networks.
• Understand and recommend local market pay ranges.
• Build applicant sources by engaging community services, colleges, media and more.
• Determine applicant qualifications by studying job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, lodging, and meals as needed.
• Evaluate applicants with hiring managers using a consistent set of qualifications.
