Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Construction, manufacturing, or skilled-trades recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and maintain candidate follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source candidates for construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Develop relationships with trade schools, technical colleges, and industry associations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain applicant records.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Collaborate with teams on employer branding and initiatives.
