NSC is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to source, attract, and hire qualified skilled trades professionals for a fast-growing organization in Columbus, OH. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, while building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, trade schools, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call center experience required.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar positions preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS, MS Office, and online recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades positions across electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, welders, mechanics, and construction roles.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, trade schools, referrals, and career fairs.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, history, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled trades candidates for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
