Job summary

Brahms Construction is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment for a defined set of requisitions. This onsite role sources, screens, interviews, evaluates, and offers recommendations while partnering with hiring managers to improve outcomes.

You will use Paylocity for records, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and other boards to build proactive pipelines and monitor KPIs. Travel may be required for recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Applicant tracking system and recruitment tool knowledge is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with tracking and analyzing recruitment data is preferred.
• MS Office suite proficiency and HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer recommendations.
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, job boards, networking events and social platforms.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to tailor recruiting strategies.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders.
• Maintain candidate records in Paylocity and track recruiting KPIs.
• Administer assessments (Predictive Index and CMA Consult) and analyze results.
• Support employer branding with Marketing and promote hiring events.
• Act as an ambassador for company culture, values and career opportunities.
