Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant pipeline and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
