Job summary

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter based in Dundalk, MD to join our Talent team. This high-volume, full-cycle role covers posting, resume vetting, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding with Dayforce as the ATS.

You will partner with Hiring Managers across the organization, maintain confidentiality, and drive recruiting plans in a fast-paced environment. A 65–75k base salary plus benefits is offered with company cell phone and laptop.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential job applicants
• Hunt and find top talent
• Conduct prequalification phone screenings
• Complete and submit candidate writeups
• Schedule interviews
• Track candidates and manage candidate profiles through ATS portal (Dayforce)
• Assist in other on-boarding duties
• Establish relationships and work directly with Hiring Managers throughout organization and develop recruiting plans
• Other Talent related, administrative duties
