Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, large requisition volumes, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly positions across multiple New York locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to develop hiring strategies and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and targeted recruiting efforts for hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting activity, analyze hiring trends, and leverage metrics for workforce planning insights.
