Job summary

America's Heartland Packing in Wright City, MO is seeking a Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for the facility. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding, ensuring alignment with hiring policies.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in manufacturing recruitment, strong English communication, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to build relationships with schools and agencies to develop a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Knowledge of employment laws and affirmative action/EEO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen, interview, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Maintain job postings and candidate data in iCIMS ATS.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire orientation.
• Communicate affirmative action plans to hiring managers to ensure compliance.
• Develop talent pipelines by engaging with colleges, employment agencies, and community services.
• Produce recruiting reports and monitor offers and compensation practices.
