Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for the new facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, can work independently, and provides excellent candidate service with a proven recruiting track record.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure compliance with policies and employment laws; experience with iCIMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel to other company locations and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and screening applicants.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate offers.
• Onboard new hires and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across the facility.
