Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking aRecruiter to support full cycle recruiting for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will work independently, provide exceptional candidate service, and contribute to a robust talent pipeline.

The role requires 1-3 years of recruitment in manufacturing, strong English communication, and knowledge of employment laws. Willingness to travel and effectively engage with agencies and colleges is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (federal/state).
• Ability to travel to other locations and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Support all activities in the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Deliver a first-class candidate experience from first contact to orientation.
• Maintain postings and candidate data in iCIMS for the full process.
• Coordinate job fairs and campus events to attract talent.
• Build relationships with agencies and educational institutions to identify new talent.
