Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Knowledge of talent acquisition encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support all activities in the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and hiring per policies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding and orientation.
• Utilize iCIMS to maintain job postings and candidate data across the recruitment process.
• Communicate affirmative action plans and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
• Coordinate post-offer processes and housing as needed.
• Build talent pipelines by connecting with agencies and attending job fairs.
