Job summary

America's Heartland Packing in Missouri is seeking a Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for the facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting, can work independently, and provide excellent customer service with a successful recruiting track record.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and EEO. Proficiency in iCIMS and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.
• Willingness to travel to other company locations and campus events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates and manage the recruitment life cycle.
• Screen, interview, and select applicants and coordinate offers.
• Administer pre-employment screening and onboarding per policy.
• Maintain postings in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate housing or lodging as needed for candidates.
• Engage with agencies and community partners to attract talent.
