Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring a Homecare Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the Tilton, IL branch onsite. The role blends employee recruiting and screening with HR record-keeping and compliance, along with core HR administrative work supporting hiring and onboarding.

You will assist with a range of HR functions, from maintaining employment documentation to coordinating training and required screenings, while also providing clerical support to the Administrative Management

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience, preferably in the health care sector.
• 1–2 years of office administration or Human Resources experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of office administration or Human Resources experience preferred.
• High-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication (verbal and written).
• Strong technical skills, including intermediate or above experience in MS Office applications.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Effective time management and the ability to manage confidential information and records.
• Detail oriented, with strong documentation practices for applicant and employee interactions.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive interactions with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act with the authority of an agency manager when the Branch Manager is absent.
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant employment records, including personnel files and I-9/WOTC paperwork.
• Coordinate required training, screenings, and certification completions.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Company requirements.
• Perform audits of employee files to support accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct or coordinate on-site drug and alcohol testing.
• Complete other assigned tasks to support branch operations and HR needs.
