Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represent the local branch at job fairs and on-site events, building community partnerships.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with state and federal laws.
• Enhance candidate experience with timely communication and SLAs.
• Diversify outreach on social platforms and job boards.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams for staffing needs and maintain accurate records.
• Use applicant tracking systems and data-entry in payroll/schedule systems.
• Coordinate trainings and audits of employee files.

Responsibilities
