Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Oklahoma City is seeking an HR Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will develop staffing strategies and serve as an integral member of the Human Resources team.

You will source qualified candidates, screen applicants, facilitate interviews, and drive offers while building relationships with agencies, universities, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.
• 1 year+ experience in full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience partnering with managers and interviewers throughout hiring.
• Patient, team-oriented and detail-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; proactive with urgency and quality.
• Experience with behavioral health positions is a plus.
• Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruiting to source, recruit and hire qualified professionals.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify key role requirements.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates and screens applicants.
• Facilitates interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers.
• Drives offer process, including issuing offers.
• Provides excellent applicant and internal customer service.
• Maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities and other sources.
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality; supports staffing strategy planning.
