Job summary

Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across clinical, nonclinical, and provider roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to assess staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers, while coordinating pre-employment requirements and onboarding. You will maintain recruitment records, support employer branding, and collaborate with Credentialing for licensing checks, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR or recruitment experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions across clinical, nonclinical, and provider roles.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and pre-employment checks.
• Develop talent pipelines and proactive sourcing campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on staffing needs and job analyses.
• Maintain recruitment records, reporting, and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with Credentialing for licensing and background checks.
