Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Oklahoma City is seeking an HR Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will develop staffing strategies and serve as an integral member of the Human Resources team.

You will source qualified candidates, screen applicants, facilitate interviews, and drive offers while building relationships with agencies, universities, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.
• 1 year+ experience in full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience partnering with managers and interviewers throughout hiring.
• Patient, team-oriented and detail-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; proactive with urgency and quality.
• Experience with behavioral health positions is a plus.

SUMMARY

Partners with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions within Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. Develops and executes staffing strategies and serves as an integral member of the Red Rock BHS Human Resources team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages full-cycle recruiting process to source, recruit and hire qualified professionals
• Partners with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates
• Reviews and screens qualified candidates
• Facilitates interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Drives offer process, which includes, generating and extending offer letters
• Provides excellent applicant and internal customer management service
• Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
• Establishes and maintains excellent employee relations within the organization
• Partners with the HR Director and managers on staffing strategies and planning
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality
• Assists with special projects as needed
• Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
• At least 1 year experience managing full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Patient, communicative team player who is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-oriented individual with a sense of urgency balanced with quality work
• Excellent organization skillsStrong oral and written communication skills are a must
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Experience with behavioral health related positions is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer
