Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions in Oklahoma City. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build a strong candidate pool, screen applicants, and guide offers through to acceptance.

The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on timely delivery and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
• At least 1 year experience managing full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Patient, communicative team player who is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-oriented individual with a sense of urgency balanced with quality work
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Experience with behavioral health related positions is a plus
• Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS

SUMMARY

Partners with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions within Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. Develops and executes staffing strategies and serves as an integral member of the Red Rock BHS Human Resources team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer
