Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Healthcare fields.
• 5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare or physician recruitment, with innovative sourcing.
• Experience leading recruiting efforts for physicians or advanced clinicians and/or executives.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for recruitment opportunities across service lines.
• Develops sourcing strategies after intake sessions with leaders.
• Advises leaders on market conditions, interviewing skills, and best practices.
• Manages candidate sourcing, ATS steps in Workday and candidate documentation.
• Maintains timely communications and delivers qualified candidate slates.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business, Healthcare related
