Corewell Health is seeking a skilled Physician & APP Recruiter to deliver full lifecycle recruitment for physician and leadership roles. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, source diverse candidates, and advise on market conditions and compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Healthcare.
• 5 years of recruiting experience including physician or other difficult-to-fill positions; includes innovative sourcing techniques and onboarding.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience working specifically with physicians or medical practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the most difficult to fill physician roles, including leaders and executives.
• Develops sourcing strategies and builds relationships with hiring managers and external networks.
• Provides counsel on market conditions and compensation; guides applicants through the process and onboarding.
