Job summary

EPIC Health is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent for our healthcare organization in Southfield, MI. This on-site role covers clinical, operational, corporate, and leadership positions.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct screenings, and help deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience using ATS; ADP Workforce Now a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
