Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations across the organization. You will develop recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, participate in onsite interviews, extend offers, and negotiate terms of employment.

You will analyze recruiting processes, maintain candidate pipelines, manage iCIMS, and build relationships with colleges and career centers to sustain a strong talent pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting mechanics preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with managers and teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant screening methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and negotiation.
• Analyze recruiting processes and implement improvements to reduce time-to-hire.
• Oversee the iCIMS pipeline for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through colleges, career centers and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and qualifications.
