Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, onsite interviews, offers, and data-driven improvements. Utilize iCIMS to manage pipelines and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

You will build candidate pipelines through social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, contributing to a strong talent pool and efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics, preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles including sourcing & screening, interviewing, offers.
• Analyze recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage iCIMS pipeline for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
