Job summary

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter based in Dundalk, MD to join our Talent team. This high-volume, full-cycle role covers posting, resume vetting, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding with Dayforce as the ATS.

You will partner with Hiring Managers across the organization, maintain confidentiality, and drive recruiting plans in a fast-paced environment. A 65–75k base salary plus benefits is offered with company cell phone and laptop.

Currently, we are seeking a Corporate Recruiter seated out of our Dundalk, MD location, to join our Talent team in supporting the recruiting for the organization. A Day in the Life

This will be a high volume, full cycle recruiting position where you will follow the job requisition from posting the job ad, vetting resumes and talking to candidates, working with hiring managers and scheduling interviews, verbal offers, offer letters, and working with other team members in the HR department. We are looking for someone who brings a contagious energy and positive attitude to work every day!

Requirements

• 3-5+ yrs of recruiting experience is required
• Staffing Agency experience a PLUS!
• Experience with using an ATS.
• College Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Reflects a professional image and will be able to maintain confidentiality.
• High energy, "hunter" mentality.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Excels in a FAST-PACED environment.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation

Annual base salary of $65-75K. Company cell phone and laptop will also be provided. Compensation is BOE.
