Eastern Lift Truck Co. is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across the organization.

In this onsite role in York, PA, you will support high-volume hiring by partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, and managing each step of the recruiting process through an ATS. You will own key recruiting activities, from intake and resume review through interview coordination, offer communications, and candidate documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and

Formación

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Staffing agency experience is a plus.
• Experience using an ATS (Dayforce mentioned).
• College degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting process from intake and resume review through interview coordination, offer communications, and candidate documentation.
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate conversations, and perform prequalification phone screenings.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and provide verbal offers with offer letters.
• Complete and submit candidate writeups and track profiles through the ATS portal.
• Assist with onboarding-related duties and develop recruiting plans with hiring managers.
